Concrete plans for autumn break
Autumn break at Proviant comes with concrete plans. We are preparing to pour the brewery’s concrete base, followed by the finishing layer that will form the floor’s slope. Thanks to everyone who stops by for a chat about the project.
The container has arrived in Sydhavn
After months of drawings, discussions with the authorities and practical decisions, we have received the 40-foot container that will form the frame of Proviant Brewing.
Testing the first canning module
We are testing the first module of our canning line before adding the label machine and packing module. Right now the goal is simple: make the machine move cleanly, handle cans properly and avoid turning aluminium into modern art.
Brewery status: first pilot brews, first lessons
Pilot brewing has begun. We are refining our summer lager for balance, body and refreshment — and learning from every batch, including the Hazy IPA that ended up on the floor.
